Video game rental and used game statistics?

I would like to know the following about the rental market and video games used sales in the U.S. (Please provide links or sources cited). I found information about the video game market in general (ie http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=538229) but I have not found many very specific statistics on the rental or purchase of used games games. 1. Total spent in U.S. car games a year. 2. Total spent U.S. in the purchase of used games. 3. Average number of games that tenants rent a month or a year 4. Number of people who rent games online and off line. 5. Number of people who buy used games. 6. Average rent of play. 7. Average price of a used game. 8. U.S. Game tenant demographics – age, sex, location, income level, education 9. Size of the U.S. gaming market rental and used game market.
